Batula Abdi is a Principal Associate in the Banking, Finance and Real Estate Practice Group. She specializes in banking, Islamic, telecommunications, property, digital and data governance, mediation, and commercial Law.

Batula was admitted to the Bar in the year 2019. She holds an undergraduate law degree from the University of Nairobi and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. She also holds a certificate in Mediation from the East Africa Mediation Training Institute.

Aside from law, Batula enjoys trying new dishes and cuisines from various communities. She strongly believes that food is a particularly useful tool that can be used to engage her diverse clientele.
