Mohammed Nyaoga, SC is a senior partner at Mohammed Muigai LLP. He specializes in public procurement law, corporate finance, civil and commercial litigation. He is a recognized authority on bank securities.

Mohammed was admitted to the Bar in the year 1985. He holds an LLB from the University of Nairobi, Diploma in law from the Kenya School of Law and an LLM from the University of Nairobi. Additionally, he is a Certified Public Secretary, a Certified Company Director, a member of the London Institute of Directors and also holds certificates in corporate governance issued by the Commonwealth Association of Corporate Governance.
