Naomi Mwaniki is a Partner and Head of the Banking, Finance and Real Estate Practice Group. As an Advocate with over 14 years’ experience, she specializes and advises in matters such as project structuring of multi-dwelling developments, due diligence services, bank securitization processes, property acquisitions and disposals, corporate restructuring, change of user of property, sub- divisions and amalgamations of land, extension and renewal of leasehold titles, leases and licenses over land. On advisory, Naomi has a keen interest in project finance, Syndicated and Cross-border lending and Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITS).
Naomi was admitted to the Bar in the year 2009. She holds an Undergraduate Law Degree (LLB) from the University of Nairobi and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. Naomi is a Certified Professional Mediator from Mediation Training Institute East Africa (MTI). She is also a Commissioner for Oaths and Notary Public.
Naomi is a self-taught baker who allows herself to get lost in the culinary world. She is an adventurous baker who loves to try out new recipes and most times does away with the recipe book all together to keep things interesting.
