David is a Partner in our Dispute Resolution Practice Group and heads the firm’s Intellectual Property Sub-Practice Group. He was admitted to the Bar in 2014 and holds a Master of Laws in Intellectual Property from Cardiff University. He is a member of the Law Society of Kenya and the East Africa Law Society.

He specialises in commercial litigation, environment and land law, intellectual property law and employment law. He has advised and represented clients across the aviation, automotive, mining, banking and media sectors, and also advises a number of international charitable organisations.

In addition to his dispute resolution experience, David is commended by clients for his ability to understand complex technical issues, present them clearly to the court and guide clients toward informed decisions.

David was admitted to the Bar in the year 2014. He holds an undergraduate degree from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. He also holds a Master of Laws in Intellectual Property Law from Cardiff University and is a Commissioner of Oaths, a Notary Public and a Patent Agent.

David has a great love for writing. You will find one or two articles which he authored or contributed to in our website or linked in page. Its however not all work and no play with David, at least on two afternoons every week, you will often find him, on the football pitch, with our MM Football team running, laughing and unwinding.
