William Ngaruiya is an Associate in the Banking, Finance and Real Estate Practice Group. He specializes in security perfection, real estate transactions, mortgage refinancing, estate planning and regulatory compliance advisory.

William was admitted to the Bar in the year 2024. He holds an undergraduate law degree from Strathmore University and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law.

Interested in academia, William enjoys research and his article, Critiquing the Supreme Court of Kenya Jurisdictional Decisions to Listen to Matters of General Public Importance, was published in the 8^th Volume of the Strathmore Law Review.
