Michael Maina is an Associate in the Banking, Finance and Real Estate Group. He specializes in project structuring of multi-dwelling developments, due diligence services, bank securitization processes, property acquisitions and disposals, corporate restructuring, change of user of property, sub- divisions and amalgamations of land, extension and renewal of leasehold titles, leases and licenses over land.

Michael was admitted to the Bar in the year 2023. He holds an undergraduate law degree from Strathmore University and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law.
