Brenda Nyabinge is an Associate in the Dispute Resolution Practice Group at Mohammed Muigai LLP. She has experience representing both public and private sector clients on a broad range of complex disputes, with particular experience in commercial litigation, constitutional and public law, employment disputes, environmental litigation, family law, and alternative dispute resolution, including domestic and international arbitration.
Her representative experience includes advising and acting in high-value commercial, constitutional, environmental, and international investment disputes before superior courts and international arbitral tribunals. She has been part of legal teams handling landmark constitutional litigation, complex commercial disputes involving transactions exceeding USD 150 million, investment treaty arbitration, and environmental claims with significant public law and policy implications.
Brenda is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya. She holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Nairobi. She was admitted to the Bar in 2024
Outside her legal practice, Brenda has a keen interest in languages and cultures and is actively pursuing her goal of becoming a polyglot.
